How to create a customer

Adding a new customer

Before adding a new customer, it is recommended to check if the customer already exist in the database.
See Searching an existing customer.

To add a new customer, you need to click the Customer icon here:

Then you click the button New

You fill the required fields and you can open a Contact Form by clicking the 3 dots shown here. (The contact will be attached to the client/company profile you are creating).

Click Save in the lower right corner of the Contact form in order to save the primary contact of the client record.

Once you filled all the required fields, don’t forget to click the Save icon in the upper left corner.
